After entering all general data, if you are a person responsible for creating new users, click the "New user" tab in order to connect user name and password with previously entered data. The system automatically informs a new user about his username and password. Every user needs to have a valid e-mail address. Only the The Association ADMINISTRATORS and SUPERUSERS are in charge of managing user accounts. Every system user can have one ore more roles. Each role counts with specific permissions that allow him to execute specific actions. Referees, delegates and observers are users that participate in competitions. They are responsible to prepare and enter certain data. First they have to be assigned to the competition and after that, to the respective matches.
